Terms of Service

Welcome to ClipsOneAir.click (referred to as “ClipsOneAir”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By visiting or using ClipsOneAir.click, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Effective Date: January 1, 2025.

1. Services Offered

1.1 In-Person Services

ClipsOneAir provides in-person inspirational sessions, workshops, and events designed to elevate creativity and well-being.

1.2 Information Products

Digital offerings such as e-guides, video courses, and downloadable materials related to Clip One Air Inspiration themes.

1.3 Goods

Tangible products including branded merchandise, equipment, and other physical items.

2. Payment Terms

All fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment must be completed at the time of booking or purchase via credit card or other authorized payment methods. Access to digital products is granted upon successful confirmation of payment.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 In-Person Services

Clients may request a reschedule at least 48 hours before the session date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and can be done by contacting us via the Contact Form. If you cancel more than 7 days before the service, a full refund of the service fee will be issued. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable due to preparation and resource commitments.

3.2 Information Products

If you are not satisfied with your digital purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a refund, submit a request through the Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

3.3 Goods

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if they are unused and in original condition. To return goods, contact us for a return authorization via the Contact Form. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain premium or one-on-one mentoring sessions require dedicated resources and are therefore non-refundable. These items are clearly marked as non-refundable in their descriptions and pricing pages.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipsOneAir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other materials presented on ClipsOneAir.click are the exclusive property of ClipsOneAir or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
